My wife and I would like to take a minute to say, thank you, for jobs well done on our two projects.
The first project was in Nov/Dec 2019 at our home in Pasadena. The complete renovation of our daughter's bathroom came out great. As you remember the scope of the project required a complete demo of existing tub and shower, tile removal, new plumbing, new tub and shower doors, along with all new drywall and paint. This project was completed on time and within budget. Your crew was very considerate, polite and cleaned up each day. We felt very comfortable with your crew's expertise and knowledge about the job.
The second project was at my mother's house, also in Pasadena, where you renovated two bathrooms in Jan/Feb of 2020. This project was performed under a very tight schedule as my mother (95 yrs. old) was hospitalized for three weeks and all work had to be accomplished while she was out of the house. Once we reached agreement on the scope of the work and cost, you and your crew moved in immediately and started demolishing both bathrooms concurrently. This project was made more difficult as the house was built in 1956 and presented some unique challenges. The full bathroom old tub had to be removed and in its place, you built a beautiful walk-in shower and bench ease for showering.The plumbing was completely updated to include water supply and drains. Both bathrooms included new granite countertops, sinks, and plumbing fixtures. Also included in the scope was all new drywall, tile, and paint. The entire project was completed prior to mom's return. All debris was hauled off and everything cleaned each day. Your crew performed all aspects of this difficult project on time and within budget.
Gil, you have our utmost confidence and would not hesitate to call upon you for future projects. We would be glad to speak with any potential/future customers about the excellent quality of your work for flooring, bathroom or kitchen renovations. You personally took charge of the job and were on-site each day. Any construction questions or cost concerns were discussed in a timely manner. Thanks again for two jobs "well done"!

The job you did with the wood floor installation in the 2 guest bedrooms and the retile of my master shower is gorgeous! I know the tile I selected for the shower and how I wanted it placed was a challenge but you rose to the challenge beautifully. Throw in the wall/trim painting in the rooms that were worked on and half my house looks brand new! I will be in touch when I’m ready to do the other half of the house. You guys are the best! Gil and his crew took care of a minor situation I had in early October when a dear friend of ours came for a visit from CO. We discovered the ceiling fan in the guest bathroom wasn’t working. Gil proposed that we remove the separate fan and light and install a combo ceiling fan & light. He also suggested it be centered for optimal aesthetics. It looks fantastic. Best of all, it wasn’t inconvenient for our guest as it only took a couple of hours to tear out the old and install the new parts. As a side note, Gil and his team renovated our master bathroom after a burst pipe due to the Feb 2021 freeze. My wife still raves about how amazing the bathroom looks.

Gil's crew remodeled both of our bathrooms taking them from old style to beautiful modern bathrooms. The walk in shower is breath taking. He suggested the bathroom fixtures and counters and it was exactly what we wanted. My favorite addition was the heater in the master bathroom. Now when we get out of the shower, the room is warm. When our garage ceiling collapsed, he had a crew out within a few days. They fixed the ceiling, painted the ceiling and walls and made my garage look wonderful. He is reasonably priced. They always clean up, leaving no mess. His crew protects existing areas making sure not to damage any floors or furniture. We will definitely use them again.

I have never seen a guy who truly wants cares about his work and about the homeowners house. He wants to make sure everything is perfect and it was. They were in our house for two months.
